Eligibility & Participation Fee

[Piano, Vocal, Strings]

  • Kindergarten & Elementary (Grades 1–6): 100,000 KRW
  • Middle School: 120,000 KRW (140,000 KRW for two pieces)
  • High School: 130,000 KRW (150,000 KRW for two pieces, including gap-year students)
  • University & General Division: 150,000 KRW
  • Amateur Division (Non-music major, age 19+): 100,000 KRW
Repertoire

One or two free-choice pieces (If two pieces are performed, the highest-scoring piece will determine the ranking)

Jury Panel
  • Composed of current university professors and distinguished music experts
  • Panel members will be announced on the competition day

 Notes

All pieces must be performed from memory without repetition.
The jury may stop the performance if they deem it sufficient for evaluation.
Application fees are non-refundable.
Competition prizes are subject to tax deductions.
If there are no suitable candidates, winners may not be selected in certain categories.
The competition schedule is subject to change due to the organizer’s circumstances.

Honorable Mentions:

  • Certificate & invitation to perform at the  Winners’ Concert
Announcement of Results
Results will be posted on the IPAC website (ipac.or.kr) on the night of the competition day
